Rav Yisroel Ber Odesser, also known as Saba, merited receiving Rebbe Nachman’s letter from heaven where Rebbe Nachman revealed about himself that his special name is Na Nach Nachman Me’Uman. The note, known as the petek, was filled with secrets and the instruction to spread Rebbe Nachman’s teachings and his special name throughout the world.

Saba expounded greatly on the awesome holiness of Rebbe Nachman and the need to draw near to him and spread his light. He was the inspiration of a small group of followers which has grown over the years to the hundreds and thousands.

Saba created a fund named Keren Yisroel Ber that continues the holy work to this day. The fund has distributed hundreds and hundreds of thousands of books and stickers throughout Israel and the world.

New Outreach Project humbly seeks to follow the example that Saba set for us when he established his fund and to add elements of creativity and opportunity that will involve an ever expanding number of participants who are increasingly diverse, both geographically and culturally.
